C'est le cas de la plupart de nos propriétaires. Tout se fait à distance : visite filmée, mandat signé par voie électronique, espace propriétaire en ligne, virements. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'être à Cotonou.

Que se passe-t-il si un voyageur abîme quelque chose ?

L'état des lieux est fait à chaque entrée et à chaque sortie. Un dégât est constaté, photographié, documenté et traité — et vous le voyez dans votre espace propriétaire, pas six mois plus tard.

What commission do you take?: It is set in the mandate, after the visit, and depends on what the home asks for: a furnished studio and a villa with a pool and a housekeeper do not cost the same to run. We tell you before signing, never after.
I live abroad — does that change anything?: That is true of most of our owners. Everything is done remotely: a filmed visit, a mandate signed electronically, an online owner portal, bank transfers. You do not need to be in Cotonou.
What if a guest damages something?: An inventory is taken at every check-in and check-out. Damage is recorded, photographed, documented and dealt with — and you see it in your owner portal, not six months later.

What is your home worth?
